Terms & Conditions

Sheridan AI Consulting builds and operates AI voice, text, and web chat receptionist agents, websites, and marketing automation for small and medium-sized businesses. AI Employee plans (Growth and Unlimited) are billed monthly; website design, local SEO, and workflow automation are billed per project or as otherwise agreed. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

If you deploy an AI Employee or related AI voice, text, or chat agent for your own business, you are responsible for your own compliance with applicable law — including disclosure requirements for AI-generated calls or chats, consent requirements for text messaging under the TCPA and state law, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business. We configure the Services based on the information and instructions you provide; we do not review your specific use of the Services for legal compliance in your jurisdiction or industry.

Subscription plans renew monthly and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Project-based services are billed according to the agreed scope and payment schedule.

We work to keep the Services available and performing as described, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of any AI voice, text, chat, website, or automation feature.

We retain ownership of our software, call flows, templates, and other materials we develop to provide the Services. Content and materials you provide to us — your business information, branding, and call scripts — remain yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheridan AI Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost revenue from missed calls, leads, or appointments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of our Services after a change means you accept the update.
